Admission Rules

  • Registration opens with effect from 3rd week of March.
  • For admission to LKG, the age of the child should be +3 on 31st March of that year .
  • The admission starts on 1st April onward and 15th April. After this late fee of 100/- will be charged.
  • Prospectus with registration-cum-admission form is available at the school counter on cash payment of 150/-.
  • Registration does not mean guarantee of admission. Admission is granted after completion of formalities of the school against vacant seats.
  • The parents must deposit the admission form, the required fee and previous school leaving certificate regarding date of birth in the case of a first admission. Admission is provisional till these conditions are met.
  • After the fees has been deposited, it will not be refunded.
  • Delinquent children or problem students who do not improve even after two warnings are discontinued and no re- admission will be accorded in any case.
  • Terms and condition regarding admission / continuation, fees and funds subject to revision and modification every year and will be applicable just after the beginning of the New Academic Session.
  • Even if the students are admitted late during the term, the fees for the whole academic year will be charged, however, exemption in tuition fees will be granted on production of receipt from previous school.
  • Security will be refunded within one year after the withdrawal of the student. After that it will be forfeited.
  • Parents and visitors are not allowed to go into the classrooms directly. If they have any problem, discuss it with the principal.

Withdrawal Criteria

  • Student seeking withdrawal must submit his/her application/ fee one month in advance along with 50/- towards school leaving certificate.
  • The students who get their SLC issued after 10th April, the fee for the whole month of April will be charged.
  • Duplicate copy of the school leaving certificate shall be issued on submission of affidavit of having lost the original along with fee of Rs. 100/-.
  • Students seeking withdrawal shall be required to clear his/her dues from April to month of withdrawal.
  • Admission and other fee once paid shall not be refunded except the security money even if the child has not attended the school far a single day.
  • Student can be asked to leave the school on the following ground.
    • Disciplinary action
    • Unsatisfactory progress in class
